Delivery
Will my order reach before Raksha Bandhan (August 28)?
Yes — if you order by August 20, we assure delivery anywhere in India before Rakhi. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata) typically receive orders in 5–6 days, so even slightly later orders usually make it — but with a festival, earlier is always safer.
Can I choose the delivery date?
Yes. At checkout, tell us when the gift should arrive. We time our dispatch so it reaches on or before your chosen date, with a built-in buffer of 2–3 days — couriers have unpredictable days; your festival shouldn’t.
Where in India do you deliver?
Pan-India. Enter the recipient’s pincode at checkout and you’ll see the actual delivery estimate for that location before you pay. A few very remote pincodes may take longer — the estimate you see is honest, not optimistic.
How will I know where my gift is?
You’ll receive tracking from the moment it leaves our Jaipur studio, plus WhatsApp updates at every stage — confirmed, packed, shipped, delivered. You’ll know it arrived before your family calls to tell you.
Do you deliver outside India?
Not yet. Tohfaas is built for sending gifts into India — from anywhere in the world. For delivery outside India, message us on WhatsApp — we handle international requests case-by-case.
What if the recipient isn’t home?
The courier attempts delivery 2–3 times and calls the recipient’s number you provide. Please double-check the recipient’s phone number at checkout — it’s the single most common cause of delays.
Payment
I live in the USA / UK / Canada / Australia. Can I pay?
Yes — that’s exactly who we built this for. Checkout accepts international credit and debit cards securely, with conversion handled automatically. No Indian bank account, no UPI, no asking a cousin to pay on your behalf.
What currency will I be charged in?
Prices are shown in ₹ INR. Your card is charged the equivalent in your home currency at your bank’s exchange rate.
Is the payment secure?
Payments are processed by Razorpay, one of India’s leading payment gateways — PCI-DSS compliant, with your card details never touching our servers.
Do you accept UPI / Indian cards too?
Absolutely. If you’re in India — the busy-professional sibling who just can’t get to a market this week — UPI, netbanking, and Indian cards all work.
Personalization
Can I add a personal message?
Yes — write your message at checkout, and it arrives inside the box on a printed personal card designed around your words. This is the part recipients keep.
Is there a word limit for the message?
Up to 60 words fits beautifully on the card.
Can I customize a hamper — swap items, add something specific?
The listed hampers ship as described (that’s how we keep pre-Rakhi delivery reliable). But if you want something fully custom, our studio does exactly that — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll build it with you. Custom hampers need more lead time, so start early.
Orders & Changes
Can I change or cancel my order?
Every Tohfaas order enters production quickly — hampers are assembled, cards printed, and perishables procured to order — so we’re unable to offer cancellations. If something has genuinely gone wrong (duplicate order, wrong item selected in error), message us on WhatsApp immediately — before dispatch, we’ll always try to help.
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
Before dispatch — yes, WhatsApp us. After dispatch, the courier’s on the road and we usually can’t redirect it.
Can I order multiple hampers to different addresses?
Currently, one delivery address per order — so place separate orders for each sibling.
If Something Goes Wrong
What if the gift arrives damaged?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right — a replacement or a refund, your choice. Rakhi is not a festival for arguments.
What if it arrives late — after the date I chose?
Delivery dates are estimates (see our Shipping Policy) — a day or two around the estimate is normal courier variation. If an order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, contact us: we’ll pursue it with the courier and resolve it fairly, including a refund if the shipment is confirmed lost.
Do you offer returns?
Because these are gift items, often with personalized cards and perishable contents, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. Damaged, defective, or wrong items are always replaced or refunded.
Are sweets/perishables in hampers safe to ship?
Yes — we only include sweets with adequate shelf life for transit, packed sealed.

Do you handle corporate or bulk Rakhi orders?
Yes — it’s one of our studio’s specialties. For bulk orders (offices, teams, client gifting), WhatsApp us directly for a custom quote and timeline.
Do you offer other services — trousseau packing, wedding gifting, workshops?
