1. Who we are

2. What we sell
Handcrafted gift products (hampers, rakhis, add-ons) sold through this website for delivery within India, and bespoke gifting services (trousseau packing, corporate gifting, workshops, etc.) arranged separately via direct enquiry. Website orders are governed by these Terms; bespoke service commissions are governed by the individual quotation/agreement shared at the time.
3. Orders
- An order is confirmed when payment is successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., pricing errors, suspected fraud, serviceability issues). If we cancel, you receive a full refund.
- Product images are representative; handcrafted items may have minor variations in colour, texture, or arrangement — that’s the nature of handmade work, not a defect.
- Perishable contents (e.g., sweets) may be substituted with items of equal or greater value if required for freshness or availability.
4. Pricing & payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. International cards are accepted; your bank determines the final converted amount and any foreign-transaction fees.
- We never store your card details.
5. Delivery
Delivery is available within India only, via third-party courier partners. Delivery timelines shown at checkout or on the website are estimates, not guarantees — see our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Cancellations, returns & refunds
Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: orders cannot be cancelled once placed; damaged/defective/wrong items are replaced or refunded per that policy.
7. Personalized content
You are responsible for the message text you submit. We may decline to print content that is abusive, unlawful, or offensive, and will contact you for a replacement message.
8. Intellectual property
All website content — text, photographs, designs, branding — belongs to us or our licensors. Don’t reproduce it commercially without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays/failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (courier disruptions, natural events, strikes, etc.).
10. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
