What we collect
- From you (the buyer): name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, billing details, payment confirmation (processed by Razorpay — we never see or store card numbers), your message-card text.
- About your recipient: name, delivery address, phone number — provided by you so we can deliver. By ordering, you confirm you have their consent to share these details for delivery.
- Automatically: basic analytics (pages visited, device type) via cookies.
How we use it
- To craft, personalize, deliver, and track your order (including sharing delivery details with our courier partners, e.g. Shiprocket, and payment processing via Razorpay).
- To send you order updates via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
- To respond to your enquiries.
- Marketing messages only if you opt in — and you can opt out anytime by replying STOP or messaging us.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers strictly needed to fulfil your order (payment gateway, courier, email/WhatsApp service providers).
Message cards
Your personal message is seen only by the small studio team that prints and packs it. We treat it as private and never use it publicly.
Retention & your rights
We keep order data as long as required for business and tax records under Indian law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (subject to legal record-keeping requirements) by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 98297 82207.
