Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Every Tohfaas order enters production quickly — hampers are assembled, message cards printed, and perishables procured to order — so we’re unable to offer a cancellation window.
If something has genuinely gone wrong (duplicate order, wrong item selected in error), message us on WhatsApp (+91 98297 82207) immediately — before dispatch, we’ll always try to help, at our discretion.
Returns
Because our products are gift items — often personalized and containing perishables — we do not accept change-of-mind returns.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
This is where we stand firmly behind our work:
- If your gift arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, send us photos/video on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
- After verification, you choose: a free replacement (subject to time/stock, prioritized before festivals) or a full refund.
- Please ask the recipient to keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
Late deliveries
Delivery dates are estimates (see our Shipping Policy). A delivery arriving a day or two around the estimate is within normal courier variation and is not eligible for a refund. If an order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, contact us and we will pursue it with the courier and resolve it fairly — including a refund if the shipment is confirmed lost.
Failed payments / double charges
If money was deducted but no order confirmation was received, the amount is typically auto-reversed by your bank/Razorpay within 5–7 business days. Message us with the payment reference and we’ll chase it.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days of approval. International cards: your bank’s exchange rate on the refund date applies, so the amount in your currency may differ slightly from the original charge.
