Where we ship
We currently deliver within India only — to virtually all serviceable pincodes, via trusted courier partners with tracking. Ordering from outside India for delivery within India is exactly what we’re built for.

Delivery timelines
- Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): typically 5–6 days from dispatch.
- Other cities and towns: timelines shown at checkout based on the recipient’s pincode.
- All delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Final delivery depends on our courier partners and local conditions. Like all gifting platforms, actual delivery may vary by a day or two on either side of the estimate.
Your chosen delivery date
If you select a preferred delivery date at checkout, we schedule dispatch so the estimated arrival falls on or before that date, with a built-in buffer of 2–3 days. This is a scheduling commitment on our side, not a guarantee of the exact day — courier transit variations are outside our control.
Festival deadlines
For Raksha Bandhan 2026 (August 28), order by August 20 for delivery across India before the festival. Later orders to metro pincodes may still arrive in time, but we can’t promise it — earlier is safer.
Shipping charges
Calculated at checkout based on the recipient’s pincode and package weight.
Tracking
Every order receives a tracking link at dispatch, plus WhatsApp updates: confirmed → packed → shipped → delivered.
Incorrect address / unreachable recipient
Please double-check the recipient’s address and phone number. Couriers attempt delivery 2–3 times and call the recipient. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or unreachable recipient can be re-shipped at additional shipping cost; the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
